David Roberts
CRP-RCEP Director

David Roberts is the Director for CRP-RCEP at the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition, David has been the director of CRP-RCEP at the University of Missouri since its creation in 1974, overseeing all the CRP-RCEP projects, and traveling extensively to consult with others in the VR field nationally, hosting Region 7 conferences, and collaborating with other CRP-RCEPs. He also teaches in and is Director of the Rehabilitation Counseling Program in the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology at the University of Missouri. In addition, he is an impartial hearing officer for Missouri VR, resolving disputes between VR offices and clients.

Darla Wilkerson
Director of Employment Services

Darla Wilkerson is the Director of Employment Services for the CRP-RCEP. Darla is responsible for the development and implementation of Employment Services training for direct service personnel in Region 7, (Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa). Her responsibilities include consultation supports on person centered career planning, facilitating supports, job search activities and organizational change. She has over 20 years of experience in employment services for persons with disabilities. Her experience ranges from providing technical assistance and consultation on Community Inclusion and Employment Services to developing, coordinating and supervising Community Employment Services and, most recently, guiding the implementation of Organizational Change Initiatives in Region 7. Darla completed her Masters Degree in December 2002 in Public Administration (nonprofit) from the University of Missouri Kansas City.

Rob Hoffman
Director of Rehabilitation Management,
Director of Community and Employer Development

Rob Hoffman is the Director of the Rehabilitation Management and Leadership Progarm and the Community and Employer Development Program for CRP- RCEP and is responsible for the development and delivery of training and technical assistance on management practices, leadership, employment services and employer development strategies to community rehabilitation programs and vocational rehabilitation. With over 20 years of experience, he has directed employment agencies and provided training and consulting on employment strategies throughout the nation. Additionally, Rob served as the Executive Director of the Wyoming Business Leadership Network where he worked to establish local business partnership initiatives in various communities throughout the state. He continues to serve on the board of directors for Missouri’s APSE Chapter

Kris Estes
Special Events Coordinator

Kris Estes is the Special Events Coordinator for CRP-RCEP. Kris is responsible for developing and maintaining the training calendar. She oversees all the logistics of registrations, from creating the trainings online, gathering materials for the trainers, contracting with hotels, emailing and mailing confirmations and invoices, pre-training materials, maps and travel reimbursements, and certificates. She is also responsible for updating and maintaining the training calendar on the website and emailing and updating the LISTSERV announcements. She has worked for the University of Missouri, CPR-RCEP since 1996 as our Fiscal Manager, so she is familiar with payments, invoicing and all of the grant financial activities. Kris has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in both Marketing and Management. Kris has served as a manager, trainer, travel agent and an accountant over the past 20 years at various travel agencies in California, Kansas and Missouri.

Jenna Sapp
Fiscal Manager

Jenna Sapp is the fiscal manager for all grant-funded projects awarded to CRP- RCEP. She constructs budgets followed by management of those projects, forecasts expenditures, monitors expenses, manages outside consultant contracts, and manages general office finance. She also coordinates the financial records of all CRP-RCEP grants with University procedures and maintains close contact with the various levels of the MU Accounting System and the MU Office of Grant & Contracts.
