Business Partnership StrategiesThis one-and-a-half-day course is designed to support the development of partnerships between community employment providers and the business community. Participants will gain an understanding of strategies to implement employer development activities to strengthen their position as a trusted and reliable resource to meet the human resource needs of the business community.
This course offers 12 credit hours toward the National ACRE Professional Certificate, 12 contact hours toward CEC, and 12 credit hours for CRCs Topics will include:
Marketing and Employer DevelopmenttThis one-and-a-half-day course is designed to support community employment providers to develop strategic/creative marketing plans and implement best practices in job development to promote their employment agency and increase employment outcomes for persons with disabilities.

Customized EmploymentDesigned to expand upon Marketing and Job Development, this one-and-a-half-day advanced course will focus on strategies to support employment professionals to implement customized employment opportunities. Customized Employment is a process of individualizing the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both. It is based on a match between the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the individual, and the identified needs of the employer.
