A lot have been told about the Call Center Agents but only a few things are known about the Call Center Managers. It had already been told how stressful being an agent is. But little is known what stress the Call Center Manager actually faces. As the manager, it’s the main duty to look after the agents and representatives. It must be kept into consideration that unlike his underlings, he has to manage a flock almost all the time. And not only that, you also need great leadership skills otherwise everything that your underlings have accomplished will be put to waste. In addition, you really have to note the language that you use to channel your concerns otherwise, at the end of the day; you get resignation papers from them. Worse, you get sued for improper and degrading language which might have ridiculed employees. So it can be seen that at work, everyone gets his fair share of everything.
